You have two main options for making a legacy gift in your Will to Seniors First BC:
Residual Gift
After all debts and specific gifts are paid, you can leave a percentage of your estate’s remainder in your will:
"I give to Seniors First BC – 1281 W Georgia St #502, Vancouver, BC V6E 3J7, ___ percent of the residue of my Estate for its charitable purposes."
Specific Gift
You can also make a specific gift of cash or other assets (such as securities or property):
"I give to Seniors First BC – 1281 W Georgia St #502, Vancouver, BC V6E 3J7, the sum of $___ (or a description of the property or asset) for its charitable purposes."
