We respond to messages within 3-5 business days. All inquirers are welcome to call our Seniors Abuse & Information Line (SAIL).

Our legal programs only provide services after an intake has been completed by our intake staff. Please call SAIL to speak with an intake worker. If you cannot call us, please submit an inquiry through this form.

Our promotional rack cards are available for order on the BC Community Response Network's Promotional Order Form under "rack cards".

For information about our learning events, visit our Public Education and Outreach program page or email outreach@seniorsfirstbc.ca.

As a provincial organization, we acknowledge the traditional territories of all the First Nations of British Columbia, on whose land we operate, and we recognize each for their unique culture, history, and traditions.

We also acknowledge that Seniors First BC’s office in downtown Vancouver is located on the unceded and ancestral territory of the Coast Salish Peoples – the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We thank the people and elders who have stewarded these lands and waters since time immemorial.
