In partnership with the Burnaby Public Library and the Cameron Seniors Society, one of our Staff Lawyers is presenting on Advance Planning Tools (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements). Advance Planning can help ensure your wishes will be respected if you were to become incapable and when you pass away. We also discuss potential misuse of these tools and resources for further assistance.
