Seniors First BC will be hosting an information resource table at the Bonsor 55+ Seniors Health & Wellness Day. Visit the various exhibitor information tables to learn about resources available to seniors to help with maintaining health and wellness. Activities include restorative chair yoga, zumba, hearing test, massage, and more.
