Seniors First BC is hosting a resource table at this Healthy Aging Series event, presented by Edwin S.H. Leong Centre for Healthy Aging (UBC) and Providence Health Care.

Featuring a special presentation: Asking the Big Questions: Finding Information About Death in Later Life with Dr. Nicole Dalmer, MLIS PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health, Aging and Society at McMaster University. Thinking about death isn’t easy, but for many older Canadians, questions about dying, planning ahead, and making decisions about end-of-life care are part of everyday life. This lecture explores how older adults look for, understand, and sometimes avoid information about death and dying.
