In partnership with South Vancouver Neighbourhood House, we are presenting for their weekly Intercultural Wellness Group session. Join us to learn more about "The Importance of Staying Connected: Preventing Social Isolation and Loneliness". This interactive presentation introduces the importance of staying connected. It discusses issues of social isolation and loneliness including risk factors, the correlation between social isolation and decreased well-being, and how we can do our part to stay connected with loved ones in our lives.

Free with SVNH membership. Optional $7.00 lunch available
