Seniors First BC is pleased to be hosting an information table at the Seniors' Neighbourhood Cafe, presented and hosted by Home to Heart Meals Vancouver.

Enjoy coffee and light refreshments, learn about local resources, and listen to engaging speakers. Prizes and special offers too.
