Join us for a learning event on "The Importance of Staying Connected: Preventing Social Isolation and Loneliness" in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health. This interactive presentation introduces the importance of staying connected. It discusses the risk factors associated with social isolation & loneliness, the correlation with decreased well-being, and reminders and resources about how we can do our part to stay connected with loved ones in our lives.
