
This week at SFBC:
Tina Chang (Manager, SAIL & Victim Services) & Linda Yauk (Public Education & Outreach) presented at the Annual Training Forum of the BC Society of Transition Houses.

Linda participated in a community networking event with NEVAAN (North East Vancouver Active Aging Network), followed by a senior’s resource fair at Collingwood Neighbourhood House Annex hosted by Collingwood, Frog Hollow and Kiwassa Neighbourhood Houses. Here she is at our resource table with Anthony Kupferschmidt from the City of Vancouver and Kathryn McCart from the People’s Law School.

Linda and Preetkamal Brar (SFBC Staff Lawyer) hosted a resource table at the Squamish Nation Clinic at Totem Hall, organized by the Squamish Nation and Patricia Brown.

Seniors First BC is a charitable, non-profit society that provides information, advocacy, and support to seniors across BC who are dealing with issues affecting their well-being.
