The Seniors Abuse and Information Line (SAIL) is a confidential information line for older adults and those who care about them to speak to a professional intake worker about abuse, mistreatment and any issues that impact the health and well-being of older adults in BC.
SAIL is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, excluding statutory holidays. Language interpretation is available.

We do not report crimes on client's behalf to law enforcement authorities. However, if you need assistance with reporting, we can help you navigate and direct you to the appropriate reporting agencies. If you wish to report a crime anonymously, please contact BC Crime Stoppers.
We cannot recommend or endorse any private-sector services. The resources we provide to our callers are typically not-for-profit, community-based, or government-based unless the service is free or the business considers waiving/reducing fees for those who cannot afford it. Alternatively, many seniors centres host resource directories on their websites that often feature local businesses geared towards seniors.
