Seniors First BC is honoured to be participating with an information resource table at the 50th Annual BC Elders Gathering. This year's theme is "Standing Side by Side."

"The Elders Gathering is a powerful opportunity for hearts to connect, for wisdom and stories to be shared, for new kinships to be formed, and for old bonds to be rekindled. It serves as a gateway to understanding the rich diversity of First Nations cultures and ways of life across British Columbia.

The fundamental intent of the Elders Gathering is to weave social and communal bonds, uniting Elders across the province into one collective Nation. It enables kindred spirits of similar ages and ideals, along with their families, to come together and discover shared foundations that fortify these bonds."
