To be eligible for our Legal Advocacy program, a person’s gross annual income must be under $45,000 for a 1-person household + $20,000 per additional household member (e.g. $65,000 for 2, $85,000 for 3, and $105,000 for 4).

Clients can expect to hear back from our legal advocate within three weeks after an initial intake has been completed. For more urgent matters, we may contact clients sooner.
