卑詩省防虐待與資訊專線（Seniors Abuse and Information Line，SAIL）是一條保密的資訊專線，老年人和關心他們的人可以與專業的接聽人員討論虐待、苛刻對待以及任何影響卑詩省老年人健康和福祉的問題。

SAIL is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, excluding statutory holidays.  Language interpretation is available.

Our intake workers can assist with: 

• Identifying caller’s issues and immediate, short-term, or potential long-term needs. 
• Completing intake to internal programs for callers to access SFBC services. 
• Providing general information and referrals to community and/or government services. 
• Providing follow-up calls to callers who are at risk. 
• Providing information about abuse and neglect, escalation, and risk. 
• Facilitating reporting of abuse, neglect, and self-neglect.

If you are calling SAIL from the Lower Mainland, please call 604-437-1940. For callers located in the rest of BC, Canada, or North America, please call Toll-Free 1-866-437-1940. 

When calling SAIL, if at any point you no longer wish to wait in the queue, you may press “2” if you would like to leave a voicemail for a callback. When leaving a message, please state whether it is safe for our staff to leave a message. We will not leave a message unless specified to do so.
