Seniors First BC will be hosting an information resource table at the First Annual 55+ Health & Wellness EXPO Seniors Health & Wellness EXPO, with the theme of Community Connections-Empowered Living. The expo will have guest speakers, educational workshops and presentations on a range of topics, including a discussion of Fraud & Scams by Seniors First BC's Linda Yauk (Public Education & Outreach).

Attendees can explore exhibitor booths offering information on topics such as preventive care, nutrition, fitness, mental health, mobility, chronic disease management, caregiving resources, financial and legal planning, and aging-in-place solutions..
